6.3 YouTube In-stream non-skippable ad

Non-Skippable ads play in the video player and are 15 or 20 seconds in length, depending on regional standards.

6.4 YouTube In-stream skippable ad

Skippable video ads allow viewers to skip ads after 5 seconds. 

6.5 YouTube Bumper ad

These are short, non-skippable video ads of up to 6 seconds that must be watched before a video can be viewed.
